It's been a few weeks since I wrote because I've been super busy with gigs and travelling all over the place to get to them so I haven't had a second to stop, and if I did I spent it happily slouched in front of the telly! The festive season is upon us and we all know what that means-lots of food! So I couldn't have chosen a better time to start Shaun T's (the guy behind the Insanity workout) newest workout Focus 25. I thought I'd let you know how I get on with it week by week as I'm absolutely loving it so far. My sister and I are doing it at the same time which is great for motivation because we push each other to do it everyday, and at the end of every workout we message each other an ugly sweaty selfie to prove we've done it-it works!
